Does Orfite respond to intermediated auction processes?
The intermediated processes approach is generally synonymous with strong deadline pressure, which is incompatible with the way Orfite chooses to operate, basing its working method on the construction of a trusted relationship with the manager of the company.
For Orfite, a company’s true price extends well beyond its valuation. This is why we refuse to bid in sales processes organised in the form of auctions, which have the sole objective of maximising the value of a company without taking its actual projects into consideration. Most of Orfite’s transactions are therefore carried out via private contract, sometimes supported by a seller’s adviser.
