The first time that I invested in Orfite, the target company had experienced difficulties. Despite this complicated situation, Orfite was true to its principles: reinvesting – instead of taking matters through the commercial court –, helping management to take back control, and keeping with its role as a financier with a long-term perspective. Far from dissuading me from investing again, this first transaction convinced me to invest in ten more projects. Orfite has an approach that is respectful at all levels: as much for managers as for investors, who are stakeholders in the project.
