Sandrine Berstein-Saunier has hung up her lawyer’s robes to join the Orfite team, putting her expertise at the service of business transfer.

For 17 years, I practised as a lawyer in the legal firm of Taj, in Lyon. There, my job was to accompany them on all corporate matters and, specifically, to assist and advise clients on mergers and acquisitions. It was in this context that I was drawn to work with Orfite.

The specific approach to the profession that Orfite developed over 25 years made me want to see things from the other side; to take a hands-on role in a company focused on transferral. In my new role, I accompany the Orfite team on a daily basis, in collaboration with Françoise Marcelli, and I actively participate in the execution of operations, in conjunction with external stakeholders – lawyers, banks, auditors, etc.

It’s an exciting and very fulfilling job!
